About Us

Hand in Hands was regulated in September 2011 by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) to provide 'Care in your home' and Supported Living Services to individuals with Learning Disabilities.

Michelle Dudderidge is responsible for the services provided and is the Registered Manager.

Michelle works alongside an experienced team of staff to ensure the 'Essential Standards of Quality and Safety', which everyone should be able to expect when they receive care and support, are fully met.

The Care Quality Commission (CQC) completed an inspection of Hand in Hands in September 2018.

The inspection asked five key questions, known as the ‘Key Lines of Enquiry’ (KLoE);

  1. Is the service safe?
  2. Is the service caring?
  3. Is the service effective?
  4. Is the service responsive? and
  5. Is the service well-led?

The inspection was very positive and an overall rating of ‘Outstanding’ was awarded.

We were very pleased with the inspection report which we feel is a true reflection of the hard work and dedication of the staff team towards the individuals we support.
