"Supporting individuals with learning disabilities to live independently in the community, as we believe their life does not stand still, therefore neither can we"

Hand in Hands is a support service for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or behaviour that may challenge established services, to enable them to live as independently as possible in their own homes.

Our vision is to ensure the individuals we support have the right to a place in society which is free from discrimination.

Our mission is to offer individuals a high standard of support in their own homes and ensure those accessing our services will have the quality of life that we ourselves would wish for.
